Townsville St Columba's Catholic Convent demolished

The 1940s designed St Columba's Catholic Convent in Townsville has been demolished for an apartment redevelopment.  There have been several historic buildings in Townsville that have been demolished in recent times, including the T&G building and the former Ooonoonba State School.
